Every Sunday at 11:15 a.m., our children meet next door to Guru Ram Das Ashram where they hear a story from Sikh history, draw pictures illustrating the story they've heard, practice Kirtan, and learn Celestial Communication, a simple science of meditation that puts movement to music. The practice of Celestial Communication uplifts and focuses the mind, and balances the brain hemispheres.

After their meeting, our precious young "Sons and Daughters of Guru Gobind Singh" share the songs they've learned and lead the entire Sadh Sangat in Celestial Communication during the Sunday Kirtan program.

All children and youth are welcome to participate. There's no need to pre-register.
